My Bio
I was born in Korea and raised in the States, there was never a point in time when I 'realized' that I loved art. It just always was. There was no great discovery. It was always what my hands and mind were doing.
When I was younger, I longed so deeply to see the world like I imagined it.
That was just how it went. Now that I am being overtaken by the "real world" I am not doing art as often as I would like, but I still occasionally sit down and treat myself. It will always be there, but for now, I need to focus on adult-ing.
I currently reside in Colorado and it is truly a beautiful place to be.
I love music. It doesn't matter what kind. I love it all. It depends on what I am feeling at that particular moment in time.
My favorite types of art are surreal and traditional. Though I have an open enough mind to appreciate almost anything.
And my favorite quote is: "And I'm humbled by the stars in the sky just long enough to forget that they are already dead."

Logged on to find that DeviantArt had continued on without me. My profile went all eye-of-the-tiger and soldiered on without regards to the panic attack I would have when seeing a zillion messages.
I will see what I can post that is recent and not photographed archaically, but that is some dangerous territory.

Ah humans and their incompetent senselessness.
Tell me, does anyone know how to think for themselves anymore?
Even just think for that matter?
In all honesty, I wish I were a crocodile.
They have seen things that no man has. They are reptiles old as dinosaurs and they are predators. They do not need to look after children when they hatch (and they hatch!).
And, most importantly, if they are harassed by insolent humans, they can eat them. Not only does that get rid of the audacious human, but it also takes care of their meal of the day.
Mmmm. Nutritious and helping the world out.

The residual creativity that is left in my body is apparently opposed to the idea of being captured, much less photographed.
Have you ever wondered why when shit hits the fan, it does it all at once?
I feel like life tests you on a consistent basis to see if you are worthy of living.
Some days I feel like the shit; and then there are days like these. When all I really want to do is rip my fucking hair out, hit a pause button for life, take a breather, and scream. Maybe even take some time to do some art work. Wow, wouldn't that be a shocker?
I need time.
Damn life being so demanding.
